[SIGHTING][UNCONFIRMED][SECOND-HAND] The Moon is Wrong

by Jr.Agent.Quill » November 7th, 2025, 11:07 am

Contacted by a man on ██████, name C██████ C██████, born ██████.

C.C. was in obvious distress. He kept claiming "the moon is wrong." Took considerable effort, but was able to calm C.C. down eventually. At least, enough to provide more information.

According to witness, the moon has stopped moving. Every night, he sees the exact same moon. Same phase (two or three nights past full, by my estimation), same trajectory, same size. He showed me charts he'd made, as well as several sketches that supposedly corroborate this (pending review). My gut, however, tells me he was telling the truth. Or, his truth, at least. I promised to look into it, though I have, of course, not been able to verify his sighting.

After some digging, I have found two similar reports. One from '92 and one from '59. The former is vague, unhelpful, and distinctly disturbing. The latter is so heavily redacted that ██████ from psych eval could use it as a Rorschach test.

I need some input from someone with a little more experience in the field. How would you recommend I proceed?
