Greeting and salutations to my associates,in the work.
I have recently acquired a text from the Arabic scholar Amir ben-Jabri, that gave a process to make an elixir for one’s self to move outside of one’s bodies. He described it as an astral projection. The process was difficult to find as it is broken into three parts that were scattered in the text.
After acquiring the elements, of which I will not disclose at this time, the elixir was made. There are even warnings on what time of day to take the draught. And a precaution to bind a red silk thread on the right ring finger. As to find a way back to your bodies. At the appointed time I consumed the elixir, and rested on a bed. The effects came upon me gradually, till I had the feeling of floating in a warm pool. I looked down and saw my body lying on the bed. At that moment I was thrusted into a void like place. And I seemed to move at a great pace as the light were streaks in the blackness. After a while I slowed and a planet appeared before me. Whether it is in our own night sky or in another plain of existence I do not know. There were four land masses around it. But I was drawn to one in particular. On that land mass there is a plateau that had the features of southern Italy or the Greek lands. At that point I was able to walk upon the land. But I could tell that the elixir was coming to an end. I was able with my minds eye to inscribe one of the pine trees with the symbol of mercury. As to form an anchor to the place. Again, I journeyed back through the void and back into my body. What had seemed a long passage of time to me, was only six hours long. I quickly wrote of my experience to share with you all of which you are reading now.
