[UNCONFIRMED][SIGHTING] Where did he go

Every time I have tried to forget that night I hear see his face , Part of me thinks I'm going mad but if I am why do I feel like I'm finally sane. It was may 23rd 1984 , Myself & my partner had been on out annual camping trip deep within the Appalachian mountains , Yes I know the rumours .

We had decided to take a different trail & be a little adventurous , Clear to say that was a mistake . The first odd sign we found odd markings on some of the trees , I mostly wrote them of as local kids messing around . But things just got stranger we came to a clearing where the trees formed a perfect circle .

My partner was always a sceptic & decided to walk into it saying " Look *redacted* I told you it was all in your head , you should stop trusting ( other friend ) " . he began to mockingly yell " COME ON DO YOUR WORST PROVE * redacted * RIGHT"

Then just like that it did , Everything went black I remember hearing screams . There was blood /. my god it like i can still smell it , I still see his face he said it was my fault ... Then something stuck me.

I awoke at the bottom of the trail with only my belongings confused I began to look around for *redacted* , I asked everyone if they had seen him . Yet everyone told me i came alone . I looked at my phone every photo of us is gone . I have called his mother , my mother ,friends everything i could think of.

everything says he was never real BUT HE IS REAL & HES MINE . If anyone knows or has seen anything like this before Please help.
