The previous advice you received involved contacting any covens that you were aware of locally. If you did so, how much do you know of them? Do you believe they can be trusted? Could their intentions perhaps not align with your well-being? Tread carefully and look to find ways to protect yourself
As a basic form of protection that you could potentially do right now before looking to further, more powerful means, consider crafting a witch bottle. Find a glass bottle or container and place within something to tie it to yourself and anyone within the household you wish protected. A bit of hair usually does the trick. Add some broken glass to ensnare and repel any dark magics aimed your way. Then include salt, and at least one of either Basil, sage, cloves, cinnamon or thyme. All common ingredients that I presume can be found in your kitchen but also double as useful protective herbs. Seal the lid of the bottle with wax and put your intentions into the bottle as you do so. Repeat a phrase or whatever your intentions are as you do so. Hide the bottle somewhere within your home. This is a common and easy to produce form of protection, though looking to something more direct, or targeted may be required.

A friend of * Redacted * put me in contact with them , I don't know much to be honest i tried to keep a lot of the details hidden. from them as i thought it best to only say what was essential.
Though i took your advice & went to dive back to where i met them & the place was cleared out everything gone its creeping me out the shack it rotting like its aged a 100 years in a weekend .
i keep trying to call but its disconnected .
